We seek to create safe neighborhoods by partnering with individuals and organizations to furnish housing, education, and employment opportunities for families to become self-sufficient and improve their quality of life.

Rent Due January 1st
No late fees will be added in January
Your balance is to be paid in full no later than January 29, 2026

Rent Statements for January 2026 were processed and mailed January 5, 2026.
Housekeeping Inspections for Nash, 9th, Broad and Lafolette have been rescheduled for February 4th, 2026.
Annual recertification packets for elderly/disabled families are due back to the office by February 1st, 2026.
